Our Mission
Providing For Compassionate Care For Our At-Risk Canine Companions
The Mission of At Risk Dogs, a dba of the Dorothy and Frank Zarlengo Foundation Inc., is to support nonprofit organizations dedicated to the care and humane support of dogs who have been neglected, abandoned or surrendered due to age, illness or natural disaster. Using our status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we strive to raise and distribute funds to non-profit organizations that provide these deserving animals with a place to live out their lives in comfort and peace, cared for by compassionate people and in the presence of other canine companions.

To veterinary practices, providers, and colleges in support of training in recovery or hospice care for at risk dogs.
We provide the due diligence review of our beneficiaries that small donors do not have the time nor ability to do. This ensures all donated funds go to organizations and providers and programs that are committed to our mission of supporting At Risk Dogs.
